1. Scope
These terms apply to website visitors, applicants, students and parents or legal representatives who contact or use Teach & Grow services.
2. Enrolment requests
Submitting a website form is an enquiry and does not by itself create a final service agreement. Enrolment is confirmed after the selected course, level, schedule, price and participant details are agreed.
3. Course information and fees
Current course content, lesson format, schedule and price are confirmed before enrolment. If published information changes, the applicant will be informed before a payment or final commitment is made.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment frequency, due dates, cancellation notice and any refund rules are provided with the confirmed course offer. These details should be reviewed and accepted before payment.
5. Attendance and conduct
Students are expected to attend on time, respect teachers and other learners, and use learning materials only for educational purposes. A parent or legal representative is responsible for agreements made for a minor.
6. Schedule or service changes
Teach & Grow may reasonably adjust a teacher, lesson time or format when necessary. Students or parents will be notified and an appropriate alternative will be offered where possible.
7. Learning materials
Website and course materials may not be copied, sold or publicly distributed without permission, except where the law permits otherwise.
8. Results and responsibility
Teach & Grow provides instruction and academic support, but a particular examination score or learning result cannot be guaranteed because progress also depends on attendance, participation and independent work.
